To improve the efficiency of removing Suspended Solids from the raw water or wastewater, we provide Flash Mixer & Flocculator prior to Settler. The Flash Mixer Coagulate the Suspended Solids and makes it heavier and bigger in size. Further these are transferred to the Flocculator where flocculation takes place, so the sludge can removed easily during its settling process in Settler.
For Coagulation, we dose PAC, Alum or any other suitable chemical as per the characteristics of the effluent in Flash Mixer and Polyelectrolyte dosing for Flocculation. Ravi Enviro Industries Pvt. Ltd. manufacture the pre-fabricated Flash Mixer and Flocculator or also can be constructed in civil structure based on its size and requirement along with slow speed Agitators for proper mixing of dozed chemicals in the effluent.
